When you use a browser such as Chrome, some information about the sites you visit is stored in cookies and cache files. Deleting this data can help fix various problems with websites including loading and displaying web pages by downloading the latest page
Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard
Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard
If that doesn't work, try the following:
Go to Safari > Empty Cache, or hit Opt + Cmd + E
To refresh, click the refresh button on the address bar or press Cmd + R
If that does not help, try the following:
For Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard
Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard
If that does not help, try the following:
Delete cookies for the current website
1. Click on the lock
2. to the left of the address bar.
3. Click Delete cookies and site data
1. Press the menu button
and select Settings.
2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to Cookies & Site Data.
3. Click the Manage Data... button and the Manage Cookies and Site Data window appear.
4. In the Search Websites field, enter the name of the site whose cookies you want to delete. The items that match your query are displayed.
5. Click the Save Changes button.
6. In the delete cookies and site data confirmation dialog box that opens, click the OK button.
7. Close the about: preferences page.
1. Select the lock icon or the globe icon, then select Cookies.
2. Deploy the website that placed the cookie on your computer.
3. Select the Cookies folder to expand it.
4. Select the cookie you want to delete.
5. Click Delete.
6. Select Done when you have finished deleting cookies for the site.
